Internos Real Investors was founded in 2008 by Jos Short and Andrew Thornton with the objective of locating, investing in and managing real estate opportunities in Europe for institutional investors. Following the acquisition in Dec 2009 of the Halverton business and its subsequent integration, Internos now has €1.5 billion of assets under management with five funds and two separate accounts through offices in London, Amsterdam, Luxembourg and Frankfurt.

There are many strong real estate investment teams in Europe, often headquartered in London, but Short and Thornton's proven record of high-performing investment decisions and funds is now allied to financial, asset and fund management expertise in depth equal to or, probably, surpassing their peers and recognised by our investors.
