Though Internos is a partnership created by two strong founders and dedicated to seeking-out real estate opportunities, we are neither a duopoly nor short-term in outlook. As in all successful financial businesses, the qualities we seek are self-motivation, strategic mindset, the ability to explain and persuade and a high degree of numeracy. But Internos is not a purely financial business. Success cannot be achieved without a real awareness of the motivations and background of others. This is particularly true because we are a cross-border European business in which sensitivity to other cultures, legal systems and real estate practice is a sine qua non. Thus European language facility and/or demonstrable experience of successful transnational negotiation are likely to be especially relevant and valuable.

We believe also that in order to attract, and above all retain, candidates of the quality we look for, we must foster a collegiate atmosphere and, importantly, share the rewards of success fairly and appropriately including the opportunity of equity participation to those who contribute significantly to the success of The Partnership.
