Consultant and Executive Partner - Chris Jolly

Chris Jolly is a graduate of the University of St Andrews from which he joined Midland Bank International then Banque Worms and Samuel Montagu. He was a director of SG Warburg from 1986 to 1994, responsible for the Bank’s extensive property sector activities covering advisory, broking and equity and debt capital markets – this included three years in Tokyo charged with The Bank’s Far Eastern capital markets activity. From 1994 to 1999, he was Chief Executive of Société Générale, London with added responsibility for SG’s real estate lending outside France. He was general manager of Commerzbank’s London operations from 1999 to 2004 during which time he was a board member of The British Banker’s Association.

Until 2008, Chris Jolly was Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance, a real estate investment bank within JLL. In 2008, he joined Merrill Lynch managing The Bank’s property investment team in the UK. Retiring from Merrill Lynch in 2009, he has a portfolio of non-executive director and advisory roles. Other than Internos, this includes: as non-executive director, Pradera-AM plc a fund manager of £2bn in real estate assets under management across Europe and Red Grouse Property, a UK project and development company.

With over 30 years experience in investment and commercial banks, expertise in mergers and acquisitions and deep real estate experience since 1988, Chris Jolly brings great weight to Internos’ credentials in finance, debt structuring and capital markets across Europe.
