Consultant and Executive Partner - Devaki Perera

Devaki Perera is an expert in fund and real estate accounting having been in the forefront of the disciplines for over 15 years both as executive and consultant. Her early experience was with The Corporation of London - the financial district's local government and a major property owner in The City. She progressed via asset manager Colliers Erdman Lewis, where she was responsible for the Hermes portfolio and system conversion, to NAI Gooch Webster where she was Head of Management Accounts for the entire portfolio. She was Head of Property Accounting at Royal London Asset Management, part of The Royal London Group, executing major system conversions and delivering IPD and IFRS reporting requirements as well as the necessary controls to ensure accurate pricing of unit-linked funds for The London Stock Exchange. More recently she has worked as a consultant to Invesco Real Estate implementing a property management system to operate Europe-wide. She is a member of Internos Real Investors' Management Board and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
