Transparency for investors: access to investment information

Internos aims to provide investors with comprehensive and up-to-date information about the performance and status of their investments. We also recognise the importance of investors' own reporting requirements and will treat it as normal to provide information specific to a single investor's needs.

For all investors, the objective is to surpass the timeliness and accuracy of our peers and to practise the highest standards of financial reporting. Via a secure, password-protected link, investors will be able to access up-to-date status reports on their portfolio. Information obtained through this link will include where appropriate:

  • Minutes of the Internos Investment Committee
  • Full itemised portfolio reviews, updated at least every three months with reasons for variations
  • Where market information suggests a major upward or downward change in valuation, such will be reported within seven days
  • Status reports on transactions in progress and deal summaries on completion
  • Progress reports on construction - estimated completion dates, delays encountered, reasons for changes
  • Letting status for rented properties in portfolio with explanations for variations
  • Exit strategies for all investments will be published at the outset but, unusually for the industry, at Internos, exit strategies will be reviewed - and revisions published - on at least a six-monthly basis. This policy of openness will be matched with an insistence on having actual planned exit mechanisms recorded, reviewed and updated by local management throughout the life of a project.
