Consultant and Executive Partner - Jan de Kreij

Until April 2008, CEO of Corio NV, a Netherlands listed company based in Utrecht, with a $5 billion real estate portfolio focussed on a broad spread of retail investments in Europe, Jan de Kreij holds in addition a number of board positions in real estate and financial investment companies operating internationally. He is the current Chairman of The European Urban Land Institute and a member of the ULI Global Executive Committee. Prior to Corio he was CEO of Rodamco, a global real estate investor which he organised into four geographical divisions - USA, Asia, UK and Continental Europe. His early career was with Royal Dutch Shell which gave him working experience in S.America, Africa, Japan, UK, Singapore and Australia as well as The Netherlands. For seven years he headed the Shell Pension Fund which, under his leadership, became one of the largest investors in international real estate. He joined Internos Real Investors as a Consultant Partner in February 2008 and brings his considerable experience to The Investment Committee. He is a citizen of The Netherlands.
