  Being owner-managed is vital to our claim of 'rigour and speed in decision'. Recent awards of new business in competition with our peers were due to an ability to reach quick decisions to pursue opportunities and to follow through with conviction. The same applies to asset and debt negotiations. We are backed in this by an investment committee whose non-executive members are world leaders in real estate strategy and investment practice.

  Internos is a full-service fund and asset manager. We manage both assets and funds pro-actively through four European offices. In asset management, this means putting people on the ground where they are needed. Fund management means more than high quality reporting to investors and managing expectations: we seek to improve performance throughout the period when funds are entrusted to us and offer a complete service including interest rate and currency hedging and tax structures for cross-border investors through tax and treasury teams.
