Chairman - Richard Peskin

Since 1968, Richard Peskin was successively Director, Joint Managing Director, Executive Chairman and non-executive Chairman of Great Portland Estates PLC (GPE), a major UK operator. He was instrumental in leading The Company to diversify into regional shopping centres during the early nineties and back into a concentration on Central London commercial property from 2000 onwards. These latter years saw a huge growth in metropolitan valuations and rentals. The GPE portfolio is today valued at $3.5bn. He retired from GPE in March 2009 and was invited to the Chairmanship of Internos where he had been a founding Capital Partner.

Richard Peskin's experience of managing a large commercial real estate portfolio through economic cycles is considerable and of special value to Internos. He was a Non-Executive Director of Royal & Sun Alliance, a former member of The General Council of The British Property Federation and The Estates Committee of The MCC. He is an Internos Capital Partner and Chairman of The Management Board.
